NetProx.com is an online multi-media and social networking service that allows Members
to communicate and collaborate with other users of the service by uploading and
sharing their multi-media files. The services offered by NetProx.com ("NetProx.com"
or "we") include the NetProx.com website (the "NetProx Website"), and any other features,
content, or applications offered from time to time by NetProx.com in connection with
the NetProx Website (collectively, the "NetProx Services"). The NetProx Services are
hosted in the U.S.
This Privacy Policy sets forth our rules for protecting your information when using
NetProx Services. .
Personal Information We Collect
The general use and viewing of NetProx Website does not require supplying any Personal
Information. However, certain parts are available only if you register, are evaluating
our services, become a Member or supply Personal Information to gain access to specific
documents or web pages. NetProx.com collects Personal Information when you register
for an account with our service. For the purposes of this policy, Personal Information
shall mean any information or content provided to us by the Member which includes
but is not limited to name, billing information if applicable, mailing address,
telephone number, email address, or company name.
Additional Information We Collect
When you visit our NetProx Website, we receive information such as the type of browser
you use, the pages of our site that you view and your IP address. This allows us
to more effectively manage our site through the use of this information for statistical
purposes. However, this information is anonymous and is not combined with any other
personal information we may have.
NetProx.com may also use session cookies to collect information. A cookie is a piece
of data stored on your computer in a folder dedicated to use by your web browser.
"Session cookies" store information needed by the web server in order to prevent
repeatedly asking for your password on each new page you visit. No other information
is stored in these cookies. Password information is not stored in session cookies.
These cookies are deleted when your session is terminated on the NetProx Website.

the NetProx Website requiring password access, or you may not be granted access to

We use Personal Information you supply to establish and maintain your account, assign

information that can identify any individual person or account.

process your credit card transactions with us. We do not share that information
with any party that is not related to the direct processing and collection of those
transactions. We may use such information you provide to us to assist us in collecting

with for that purpose.
We do not sell the Personal Information we collect. Unless we have your permission
or are required by law, we will only provide Personal Information to other Video4networks
entities, and to third parties as described in this section.
Please be aware that, despite anything else in this Policy: (a) if our company is
involved in a stock or asset sale to or merger with another company, we may provide
all of the information that we have collected from and about you to that other company,
for the purpose of completing the sale or merger; and (b) we will release specific
Personal Information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any
valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.

If we make changes to the way we use your personal information we will post the
changes here and on our web site. We recommend that you regularly visit this page
to become aware of any changes. If you continue using our services after any change,
the new policy will apply to the information we have on file. The change will apply
to information our users furnish after the change, and information we have on file
for users who do make changes.
